USPS Insurance and Signature Confirmation

The customer assume full responsibility for your shipment once it leaves our facility. To prevent loss of your product through shipping damage, theft of package (door theft), please add USPS Insurance and Signature Confirmation before checkout to cover any loss or damage. In any case, if you choose to not purchase USPS Insurance and Signature Confirmation; Sanaderm, Inc. will not be able to refund, reimburse, or resend packages that are lost or damaged.

Postal Insurance is offered by the US Post Office, and is not a service of Sanaderm, Inc.

For International Shipping: USPS Insurance and Signature Confirmation may not be available for your country. Check with USPS.com before paying for insurance with them.

Signature Confirmation gives you the benefits of USPS tracking with an added level of security by requiring a signature from the person who accepts the package. Without it,  USPS carrier will deliver your package either in the mail box, in front of the house, or in general mail box (if you live in an apartment complex). Again, if your package got stolen, USPS and Sanaderm Inc will not be responsible for your loss.
